At Dial Trucking, we work with you every step of the way during the moving process. For example, we make sure move coordinators have been appointed and that company personnel is present at both locations. At the old office location, the coordinators will be needed to direct the movers in the proper sequence of moving the equipment out of the office. At the new headquarters, the monitors should direct the flow of equipment. All company employees should be notified that only authorized personnel may be present during the move.
We also are careful to protect walls, entrance ways, elevators, and other building surfaces against damage by lining them with cushioned paper. Floors are covered with masonite for maximum protection. Special Corner bucks are secured to every corner and, where necessary, at entranceway and elevators to protect the premises and the furniture.
